Established in 2020, HCA (Healthy Climate Action) is a non-governmental organization registered under number 2020/174/DEP-ATL/SG/SAG-Assoc on November 23, 2020, dedicated to combating climate change and promoting sustainable and equitable development. Its mission is centered on protecting vulnerable communities, facilitating a just energy transition, and encouraging environmentally friendly technological innovations.
